Types of tasks

The type of tasks you carried out is, and must be a result of the objectives set, and not the other way around. Therefore, according to the principles that we have been explaining, the tasks have an integral relationship with the objectives set in this process. Our working model consists of a regression of the learning and motor control model with its perception, decision and execution phases. We start from an improvement of the execution mechanisms (technique), to create the automatisms or general motor schemes of the different technical actions that allow the player's attention to be freed and that it can be used for situations that require analyzing and deciding based on elements changing environment. Individual analytical tasks: analytical work seeks individual technical improvement of all offensive (control, passing, driving, dribbling, hitting) and defensive (interception, crossing, marking, tackling, clearance) actions through repetition, in different situations. These situations require greater or lesser precision, as well as greater or lesser speed of execution, which are carried out within a planning process that presents the different tasks in increasing order of difficulty, so that it always represents a challenge for the player. difficult but affordable, which makes it stimulating and attractive, and allows the player to grow, facilitating an increase in their performance. Synthetic tasks: Synthetic tasks are those where an interaction of cooperation and/or opposition occurs between two or more players that requires analysis and decision-making prior to the execution of the technical actions required by the task. In this type of tasks, aspects of individual tactics are worked on, and work elements of some aspects of collective tactics begin to be introduced. Global tasks: these are tasks that are carried out in situations similar to competition (large playing spaces, high number of players) in which the aim is to influence aspects of collective tactics, and to improve the collective performance of the team. . The work at the Madrid Technique Academy starts with analytical tasks aimed at individual technical improvement, continues with individual analytical tasks that require the player to analyze and decide in the face of changing situations, to advance towards synthetic tasks that, in addition to decision making, require players an interaction with teammates and/or rivals in reduced game situations, with the aim of increasing the player's individual performance and preparing him for the global tasks carried out in the different teams from which our players come, determined by their own specific tactical objectives.
